Research the details for an external conferences not listed on our website. Be sure to include relevant details about the conference and why it would be valuable for you to attend the conference in your cover letter.

WHAT TO SUBMIT:
Signed and Completed Application Package, Resume and a Cover Letter indicating your interest for an ExCO reimbursement as a single PDF document.
E-MAIL YOUR APPLICATION TO:
Once you have submitted your application, the ExCO team will process your application and give you an update on the status. The approval of applications will be decided AT LEAST two weeks prior the conference date.

Within the application package, please ensure that you sign both the application form as well as the reimbursement policy form.

Submit in .jpg your best three photos of yourself at the conference!

IMPORTANT: Email once you have completed the Post-Conference Task Form to let us know that you have submitted all the necessary information so that we can process your reimbursement.
